How we handle passport photos and chat information for rentals.
What we ask for
To complete a rental we may ask you to send a photo of your passport and information about your accommodation in Nha Trang (hotel name or address). We do this via chat apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk) or phone — not through an online form that stores cards or passwords.
Why we ask
We do not hold a cash deposit or keep your physical ID at the shop. Passport and stay details help us identify the renter and reach you during the rental if needed.
How we use chat data
Messages and images you send are used only to arrange and complete the rental or repair, and to follow up about the booking. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep chat records only as long as needed for the rental, workshop work, or basic business records, then delete or stop using them when they are no longer required. You can ask us to remove messages we still control.
